Gymnastics

Have a specific goal in relation to your gymnastics, from first pull up through handstand push ups, toes to bar, muscle ups all the way to hand stand walking we have you covered.

Rudis membership base is diverse with beginners and long standing members, members who want to train three times a week to members who want to compete in CrossFit or improve their fitness in another sport.

All members have the full support of coaches and our community so you will not need to look too hard to find someone who is or has been in the same position as you.

This plan is ideal for a new athlete starting their journey with us. or for supplementation to your sports training.

All plans work on a month to month basis so no contract is required, though we require 30 days notice to activate your cancelation

Payments will be collected on the 1st of every month and prorates partial months.

  • Functional fitness is all about training for real life—building strength, mobility, and confidence for whatever your day throws at you. Our sessions blend strength, conditioning, and skill work so you move better in and out of the gym.

  • Booking is easy—just use our online schedule to reserve your spot. Choose a time that works for you, and reach out if you need help getting started. We’re here to make it simple.

  • Absolutely! Our community includes all ages and backgrounds. Workouts are adapted to your needs, and our coaches make sure everyone trains safely and effectively.

  • See the plan section on this website - £60, 70 and £80 plans exist which give you access to a different number of classes per week.

    We also offer drop in’s at a cost of £10 per session

  • No joining fee and no contract.

    When you join a plan you pay upfront for a month to month basis, so no contract is required, though we require 30 days notice to activate your cancellation.

    if you join mid-month you will only pay for the time you can actually attend the gym - your fee will be pro-rata.

  • There are some additional plans offered. Please refer to Team Up for the current list of plans.

    An Unlimited Household plan is available which is cheaper than two single unlimited plans.

    Currently we do not have a student discount running.

  • Currently open 7 days a week at different times.

    Refer to the schedule section of this site for specific opening times and the Team Up page for wehn specific sessions are run within the openeing times.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.No experience needed!

    Every class is coached and tailored for all levels. Our team will guide you, offer modifications, and make sure you feel welcome from your very first session.

  • Just wear comfy workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and show up ready to move! We provide all the equipment. Arrive a bit early so we can welcome you and answer any questions.

  • Yes! We encourage you to try a session before committing.

    Book in as part of a free trial or as a drop in. Please contact us if you want to speak to a coach before commiting.

    At your first session you will experience our supportive community for yourself and a coach will discuss your goals.

  • CrossFit classes run throughout the week.

    Metabolic conditioning sessions are offered in the week and at the weekend.

    Specific Gymnastics and Barbell classes are also available.

    Open gym is available also throughout the week and at the weekend to work on weaknesses, catch up on a workout you missed earlier in the week or to train on a specific goal you have.

  • Standard classes currently accommodate up to 8 members per class.

    There are some sessions on a weekend where the class size might be increased to accommodate a special workout or event.

  • Yes

    On TeamUp and BoxMate it will show class availability for each session a week in advance. If the class you want to join is fully subscribed, you can join the waitlist for that class - and if another member drops out you will be advanced to the session.

  • Simple… Just book out of the session and schedule your session for another time. All we ask is that you try and cancel as soon as you know you can’t make it in case there is another member on the waitlist for the session.

    Everyone at Rudis understands challenges exist outside of the gym, so we want you to have flexibility within the week to move sessions to match your family, study and/or work schedules

  • Rudis is a diverse fitness community, we have beginners through to competitive athletes.

    Members of all ages and abilities are welcome and supported by all existing members and coaches who will cater to your fitness goals. At Rudis we will adapt coaching to accommodate all abilities to ensure goals can be progressed.
